CTA / start-aligned: a quiet contact-foot stack (plain band, start align).

WHEN TO USE THIS INSTEAD OF THE CENTRED BAND. Product landings close with
a centred tinted sales band. Personal and consulting presence pages often
close with a soft left stack: short heading, one line of body, one button,
sitting on the page surface rather than a tinted band. Pass band="plain"
and align="start" together for that shape.

The shipped _cta.html already is this, so the example is the include.

A heading is REQUIRED: with no heading the component renders nothing at
all rather than an empty band. That is deliberate across this kit.
