An editorial archive: chronological / dated index of journal pieces
(icvoss/django-brickwork#418). Fourth archetype in the Editorial and
publishing family.

COPY THIS FILE into your project and edit it. It is not on the template loader
path, so you cannot extend it (ADR-056).

What your view must supply:
    crumbs                   breadcrumb trail: [{label, url}, ...], last unlinked
    docs_nav_label           rail / jump label (this page uses "Jump by year")
    docs_search_action       the URL bw_search in the site header submits to
    months                   list of {label, id, articles: [{title, href,
                              snippet, category_label, author_name,
                              published_on, published_iso, reading_time}]},
                              newest month first, or ()
    archive_state            "ready" | "empty" | "error"

WHY THIS PAGE EXTENDS THE DOCS SHELL, NOT A NEW EDITORIAL SHELL:

Same deciding fact as examples/editorial/article.html and ADR-091. An archive
is still a journal reading surface. Family taxonomy stays the examples/
directory (`editorial/` -> "Editorial and publishing").

WHAT THIS PAGE IS FOR:

A dated index across categories: the reader who wants "what published when",
not "everything in Operations" (that is #417) and not an ordered series
(#419). Month bands with anchor ids let the year rail jump without a second
shell. Category and author on each card are plain meta, not nested links
(single-link card surface, same craft as author and category).

ARTICLE ROWS ARE FAMILY-NEUTRAL CARDS, not .bw-listing-list__item.

States: archive_state is the page's real branch.
  "ready": month bands with article cards, year jump rail.
  "empty": the journal has no published pieces yet. _empty_state.html;
    chrome and breadcrumbs stay.
  "error": the content store failed. bw_alert danger.
  LOADING: not applicable for the default server-rendered path.
Accessibility: month headings are real <h2> targets; year rail links name
  the year; article cards are real <a> elements; empty and error keep search
  + breadcrumbs.
Responsive: inherits the docs shell; cards stack in one column.
